We are seeking licensure and building a Founding Resident Waitlist for families who want to help shape a true home setting in Northeastern Colorado.

Your Home Wiggins is a warm, residential assisted living community designed to feel like home. Our beautifully maintained residence features 10 spacious bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, offering private or shared rooms—each with its own private bathroom for added comfort and privacy.
Residents enjoy secure common spaces, a welcoming dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, dedicated bathing facilities, and a relaxing outdoor patio. With an exceptional staff-to-resident ratio, our team delivers attentive, individualized care tailored to each person we serve.
Founding Residents — pending licensure
Your Home Wiggins is completing final licensure and building a Founding Resident Waitlist. Families who place a fully refundable reservation will receive one month of rent free when the community opens—targeted for December 2025 or January 2026. Founding Residents help shape programming, select activities, and receive priority suite selection once licensure is granted. Join our November 15 open house to tour the residence, meet the team, and learn about the waitlist incentive.
